Requirements:

● Experience: 2+ years of experience in clinical research, data analysis, or a similar role within the medtech/biotech industry.● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with clinical data software (EDC/CTMS) is a strong plus.● Knowledge: Strong understanding of GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations (FDA/ISO).● Superpower: Analytical rigor, obsession with data integrity, and the ability to find "the needle in the haystack."● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.● Location: Ability to work from our Ithaca, NY location and coordinate with our international teams.

What we offer:

● Impact: A product with real health impact, international partners, and a culture of respect and quick decisions.● Growth: Fast growth path into Clinical Operations or Data Science for strong performers.● Compensation: Competitive compensation and a flexible, startup-oriented environment.● Innovation: Work at the intersection of hardware, software, and healthcare.
