This Privacy Policy applies to CareTech Human Inc.'s corporate website, the pre-launch Sniffer experience, and UroWell clinical pilots and related software. A clinic or research partner may provide an additional notice when it determines how your information is used.

• Sniffer wait-list, onboarding, support, device, and account information when those services become available.
• For an authorized UroWell pilot, device readings, voiding events, bladder-diary information, symptom responses, derived measurements, and the association between a participant and an authorized clinician or study.
• Technical records needed to operate and secure the services, such as device identifiers, connection events, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and diagnostic logs.

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage wait lists and pilot participation, provide onboarding and support, operate and secure devices and software, produce authorized measurements and trends, improve reliability, comply with law, and protect users and CareTech Human.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sniffer is currently pre-launch. UroWell data is processed only within an authorized clinical or research context and may be made available to the clinician, clinic, or study team associated with that pilot.

CareTech Human's website and Sniffer materials do not provide a medical diagnosis and do not replace professional care. Do not delay or disregard medical advice because of information presented by our services.

If you provide a telephone number and consent to texts, we may send device support, onboarding, and health-monitoring guidance related to your request. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential email communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

We may share information with authorized clinicians and research partners, and with service providers that support hosting, communications, security, device operations, analytics, and data processing. They may use information only to provide contracted services or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
