Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the CareTech Human corporate website, pre-launch Sniffer information and wait-list activities, and UroWell software and devices made available through an authorized clinical pilot. Additional pilot, clinic, research, or app-store terms may also apply. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms govern that activity.

Sniffer is a pre-launch product and may change before release. UroWell is available only in authorized clinical or research settings at this stage. Access does not guarantee eligibility, availability, results, or future commercial release.

Age, location, and participant eligibility rules must be confirmed before these Terms are finalized.

The website and Sniffer information are educational and developmental. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

UroWell measurements must be interpreted in the agreed clinical context. Do not use any CareTech Human service for emergencies or make medical decisions without consulting a healthcare professional. If you believe you have an emergency, contact local emergency services.

• Provide accurate information and keep account or device access secure.
• Use devices only as instructed and within the authorized pilot or study.
• Do not share access, tamper with devices, reverse engineer software, bypass security, or use the services unlawfully.
• Promptly report loss, damage, suspected unauthorized access, or unexpected device behavior.

You may use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

CareTech Human and its licensors own the website, product names, designs, software, content, and related intellectual property. We grant only a limited, revocable right to use them as permitted by these Terms. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless agreed.

Pre-launch products and pilots may be modified, paused, or discontinued. Measurements may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of installation, connectivity, maintenance, environmental conditions, or technical limitations. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date and any notice required by law.

The services may rely on clinics, research partners, app stores, communications providers, cloud hosting, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. CareTech Human is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and pre-launch services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Any limitation of liability, indemnity, warranty, governing-law, dispute, and termination language must be reviewed and approved by counsel before these Terms are published as final.
